Unwanted Guest
"Orange is trash, green is for cans, and blue is paper... I think."
"Germs, Lardee, GERMS!"
"Whoah, Check it out! Someone threw out this cool dresser."
"Think of all the things we could stuff in here!"
"We're taking this."
"Ughh- I wish we had an elevator."
"We must disinfect ourselves first."
"Man- it's kinda dirty inside this dresser."
"Wait, what's that in the corner?"
"ARGHHHH!!!!"
"QUICK- GET IT! GROSS!!!"
(gasp-gasp-gasp!!)
"Hurry, use the whole bottle!!"
"Great. How do we get rid of this thing?"
"No Lardee- we must be humane."
"I have an idea I think will work."
"Careful..."
"Some final touches..."
"Okay, I'm pretty confident this will work."
"Well, if you have a better idea, say it now."
"Okay, ready?
And... push!!"
"It worked! Hooray!!"
"Hmm, we really shouldn't litter like that."
"Hey! Can someone throw that into the blue trash can for us?"
"Thank you."

Gallery and Blog Update
of My Milk Toof gallery show! I had a great time meeting all of you, and signing books. Here are some pictures from the show for those who weren't able to make it*. All the advance copies of Book 2 sold out- but not to worry, more copies are on their way this May.
All the artwork from the show is now online, and there are still some pieces available for purchase- check it out HERE. If you see a piece labeled "Out of stock", it has been purchased. Also please note- the artwork is printed on a high-end resin coated photo paper not currently available in the My Milk Toof shop.
Lastly, the blog will be taking a temporary hiatus, and will return next month. Thanks everyone for your patience and support, this year has been very busy so far and I need a little break to recharge. See you soon!

My Milk Toof: Our Fourth Year + Special Announcements
Another year, another anniversary! Thank you Readers, for loving ickle & Lardee's adventures and still having such an overwhelming enthusiasm for everything they do. I have a couple fun announcements and updates just to catch you up with what's been going on.
1) First up, if you haven't had a chance yet, please visit My Milk Toof on Instagram for a special behind the scenes look at the project. I've been having fun staying connected with everyone during shoots, and sharing a little glimpse into all the work that goes into making a story. Hope you like it!
2) Next, the new My Milk Toof Book 2 will be released May 2013. Here is the cover:
This time around I have decided to independently publish the book, which has been a great experience. Although there is much more work to manage on my end, I have enjoyed the process and creative control that accompanies self-publishing- And hopefully that will equal a really great book you will all love even more. The new book will only be available for sale on the My Milk Toof shop site. More info to come!
*For International Readers: Although the book will be able to be purchased online internationally from the shop site, I do realize the cost of shipping/customs can be quite expensive. To help make the book more accessible, I'd like to ask you for some help! If you know of any local stores or boutiques outside of the United States where you previously found the first My Milk Toof book or think would be a great fit to carry the new book, please leave me a comment/email with that store's name and whatever information you can provide. I will do my best to reach out to those retailers and see if they will carry the book. That way, we can cut down on an otherwise hefty shipping cost for you. Thank you!
3) Many of you have been inquiring about an update on the vinyl toy, but unfortunately I don't have much yet to announce except that I am still working on it. I want to be optimistic that it will be ready for possibly Christmas 2013, but I've discovered the amount of work that goes into making things like the toy are unpredictable. Please rest assure though, I am intent on making this happen.
4) Lastly, I am proud to announce my first art show, THE ART OF MY MILK TOOF, here in San Francisco, California. The show will take place from April 6 - May 1 at the Rare Device Gallery, and will feature high-quality framed prints from some of my favorite ickle and Lardee Adventures (including some from the new book)! I will be at the opening reception on Saturday with a handful of advanced copies of the new Book 2 for purchase- one month before they release on the shop site. So save the date, and I will have more information to come in the weeks ahead.
Phew! That was a lot of information. As you can tell, I have been working on a lot of things while simultaneously keeping up the blog. It is often stressful to juggle all these things, and easy to get lost and frustrated in all the busyness. Perhaps you feel the same way in your life too? So I will leave you fine people with the calming words of the popular Finnish character, Moomin, that always puts a smile on my face:
"I only want to live in peace, plant potatoes, and dream!"
Thank you all for another great year,
Inhae

SURPRISE!
"Check it out, looks like she's gonna bake something now!"
"Hey Lardee, I got an idea:
Let's hide in here, and when she opens it we yell, "SURPRISE!"
Let's hide in here, and when she opens it we yell, "SURPRISE!"
"First we gotta make some room -
Let's hide two of these."
Let's hide two of these."
"I suppose that was inevitable."
"Heheh, we're so sneaky."
"Tee-hee-hee..."
"Shh-Shh!!"
"I'm sure she'll be baking any minute now..."
